Brief Biography

Dr. Tiffany Ying He is currently a Senior Research Associate and Adjunct Assistant Professor at Carleton University. Before she moved to Carleton, she was an Assistant Professor with the College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, China. She obtained her Ph.D. from Carleton University in 2019.

Tiffany's research interests include artificial intelligence, deep reinforcement learning, quantum computing, and vehicular networks. So far, she has published 40+ referred technical papers in journals and conference proceedings with Google Scholar citation 2500+ and H-index 22. She is the inventor of four awarded patent and 2 pending patents. She has also served as program committee member for top-tier conferences and reviewer for prestigious journals, and currently serves as an associate editor for IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology. She received the Best Paper Award of IEEE ICNP 2021-Workshop on NetCloud in 2021, the Governor General's Academic Medal awarded by Governor General of Canada in 2019, and the Carleton University's Medal for Outstanding Graduate Work (Doctoral Level) in 2019.
