Dr. Hossain Samar (Sam) Qorbani

Dr. Qorbani recently graduated from the School of IT and has joined MacEwan University as an associate professor. With a strong focus on the efficacy, interactions, and accessibility of Virtual Reality (VR) in STEM Education, Sam's research journey has been truly fascinating. During his Ph.D. studies at Carleton University, under the guidance of Dr. Ali Arya and Dr. Chris Joslin, he extensively explored various learning theories and instructional strategies in incorporating emerging technologies in education.
