Registration
In order to be published in the IEEE ICC 2012 Workshop Proceedings and IEEE Xplore, an author (including students) of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop, and is expected to present the paper at the workshop. Registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.
For authors with multiple accepted papers, one workshop registration is valid for up to three papers in that workshop.
Although the registration confirmation code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used by a same author. Please do not share your registration confirmation code with anyone else. You can register at http://www.ieee-icc.org/2012/.
No-Show Policy
The organizers of IEEE ICC 2012 workshops as well as our attendees expect accepted papers to be presented at the workshop. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

We suggest you make your airline and hotel reservations as early as possible. Additionally if you need visa assistance you can get a letter through EDAS, or fill out the form at http://ww2.comsoc.org/conferences/visa.
